Overview

Family office managers and advisors can add significant value when they have complete, accurate, and timely data. Too often however, advisors are hampered by inadequate or untimely information. Recognizing these constraints, we worked with family offices to develop Aristata, a commercial information management system, to address these wealth management inefficiencies. Aristata is a web-based software service that:

	Centralizes information management by providing a single system for storing and organizing data in a collection of deeply integrated communication and family office applications
	Drives efficiency by simplifying the complexity of managing disparate information and standardizing business processes to do so
	Facilitates communication and collaboration between clients and advisors involved in the management process
	Institutionalizes knowledge by capturing critical historic information and by defining future tasks and goals that need to be completed
	Improves client satisfaction by simplifying the complexity of their financial life and by instilling confidence that their advisory team is collaborating to provide the highest level of value added service
