DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
COMPONENTS |
Storage -
Aristata
leverages a SharePoint concept called a document library to
store documents in a well organized structure
that reflects that Aristata family office data
hierarchy. Document libraries can hold any
document format, including Microsoft Office
files, PDFs, images, videos, and text files.
Indexing - Aristata creates a full-text index of any
document added to Aristata. The full-text index lets users
search for documents even when the target search
terms appear somewhere deep within a document.
Workflow - Aristata offers integrated
workflow that allows you to quickly request
feedback on a document or get approval. |
