Tasks - centralized task management platform which ensures client tasks are properly prioritized and executed in a timely manner.

Meetings - manage meetings and keep a historical record of meeting agendas, minutes, related documents, and tasks resulting from client discussions. This application ensures accurate communication and accountability for deliverables.

Contacts and Activities - full client relationship management (CRM) built specifically to track information and relationships specific to family office management. Integrates key contacts for each client in a seamless CRM system which also integrates with MS Outlook 2007. Allows the storage of all relevant contact information (email, phone, fax, cell, address, etc.) for future communications. Provides the ability to track and categorize all relevant activities and interactions with various individuals in the CRM.

MS Outlook 2007 Integration - Aristata contacts can selectively be synchronized with your personal Outlook. Contacts that are synchronized with Aristata will display relevant Aristata Activity in their Outlook contact details. In Outlook, emails stored in your Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, or any other folder you may have created to store emails, as well as outgoing emails can all be added to Aristata as an Activity in a few simple steps using Aristata's custom Outlook Task Pane.

Document Management - integrated document management system allowing all authorized users electronic access to key documents (investment reports, legal agreements, tax returns, insurance policies, partnership agreements, proprietary presentations, etc.).

Search - full data and document indexing with actionable search results that respect security permissions.
